I'm going to say what I liked about this piece and say what could be improved (its just how I do my critiques :D) I will try not to be too harsh,I just want to ensure that you receive constructive critiquing
First off,the head is nicely proportioned with the rest of the body which I think is something tricky to do.Also,I like the way that the lines are nice, sharp and refined, which is also done well. And I also like the fact that the eyes have aligned well ^^

Improvements, improvements, well, first of all,I think the face shape could be improved. So that Sakura's cheekbone is smooth and round rather than sharp and straight. Also,I noticed that Sakura's right shoulder is shorter than the left one,the closer one should be more extended. For Kairi, her torso curves in,but it doesn't curve out near the bottom which would make it look more natural. My last 2 points are that the direction of the hair and light could be taken into consideration. For example, when you colour in the hair, the direction of the strokes are vital,so instead of colouring in one direction, try and pin where the parting will be and colour from that point. And then with the light, before you start shading, decide where the direction of light is going to come from to create accurate shadows.
Well,that's all I have to say,I hope it wasn't too harsh.Good job :D
